Townscape Planning Solutions is a compact and dynamic team of Town planners, Urban Designers and Architects who provide a total package of town planning services. If required by a specific project, we will co-opt the necessary experts into the team on an ‘as-need’ basis to ensure our team meets the client’s and the project’s needs. We also function well in multi-disciplinary teams and work closely with many professionals in the development industry.

Over the last 13 years, Townscape Planning Solutions evolved into a dynamic team of professional planners getting involved in the many design and urban planning initiatives the build environment provides and partnering with like-minded professional companies operating in the development sphere.

Company Background

Founded in 2000, Townscape Planning Solutions are well known Town and Regional Planners within North West Province and Mpumalanga. During October 2018, a new company was formed, Townscape Planning Africa (Pty) Ltd, headed by Mr Bongani Nyambi, a qualified Town and Regional Planner and former employee of Townscape Planning Solutions. Mr Nyambi has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer during March 2019.

Townscape Planning Africa (Pty) Ltd is a 100% black owned planning consultancy and Level 1 BEE contributer status.

What is the aim of Town Planning?

In producing order in the spatial environment it is desirable that better mental and physical health, economics, environment and social organisation be achieved for the general populous than may not occur if left to pure chance.

Townscape Planning Solutions influence stretch across the 9 provinces of South Africa and we are partnering in tendering procedures to expand across the borders of Southern Africa.
